samoussas

Reunion people love samoussas! It is inspired from indian food and we usually have samoussas as an appetizer. There are lots of different flavors: cheese, chicken, fish, crab, pork, shark!!!,...mixed with spices of course! They are delicious! They are fried so I usually don`t eat too many or I feel sick but they are such a treat!!

    I've never heard of a shark flavor.

    To tell you the truth I have never tried because I am a baby and sharks scare me so I won`t eat them. Just like I won`t eat octopus! I was told the taste is pretty strong...but don`t you eat shark fin soup in Japan?
