    It looks like ruins of a shrine or something. But also like a miniature. What's the answer?

    THANK YOU MASA! Yeah it looks like a miniature Roman temple doesn't it? But it is actually a computer motherboard covered in dust.

    BTW There is an interesting camera effect nowadays called "tilt shifting" that makes real things look miniature. I think it's just got to do with focusing the center and blurring the edges.
