    I could see the driver and other 8 passengers!

    That's right Shin, maybe another passenger is hiding on the opposite side of the bike. I'm not sure where this photo is from but I think whoever took it was on a bus because it has a high angle view point. I think, however, the baby in the bucket is photo-shopped into the photo. But still there are 8 people on the bike!!! Sooooo dangerous!!
