Hello everyone. Sorry the blog has been a little dead lately. We were busy with summer school and then we were on Obon holiday for a week. But we are back now and will soon be telling you about the adventures we had over the holidays . In the mean time we would like to hear about some of the fun things you have been doing recently. I was in Saga for Obon to see my family. The best thing I remember is Champon. Some of you might not have heard this. Champon is a noodle dish and famous in Nagasaki. You can find it on the internet when you search it. If Champon I ate in Saga is common one, I'm not going to say anything. In fact there were Kikurage, also called Jew's ear, cut into fine strips and raw egg on it. It was so good. If you have an opportunity to eat it, I highly recommend you to try it.
