Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day in Canada. It is a day to give thanks at the close of the harvest season. It is celebrated on a three-day long weekend in Canada, during which families might celebrate with a big Thanksgiving Day meal on any of the three days.
This photo is from my Thanksgiving meal yesterday in Japan. Usually families in Canada eat turkey but I substituted it with chicken.

Wow! Big chicken! Was it good? I guess it is hard to buy turkey in Japan because Japanese do not eat it. What does it taste like?
ReplyDeleteYes Masa, it was SO delicious! You can buy a turkey around Christmas time; well I did last year :D Phil says it tastes a little like the dark meat of a chicken, but I think it's 100 times better than that! :)
