BUSH TUCKER...???


Lets have a look at some words we use for
"TUCKER" (or "food") in Australia.
They are all mixed up so try to
match the words to their meanings.

    Great post Phil but these are tricky!! I think that a prawn is another word for shrimp??

    Ok I am going to try again. Is a goog an egg?? Is a sanger a sausage? I have no idea haha Help me out guys!!

    YEAH! a "goog" or sometimes "googy" is an egg! Awesome, but a sanger is not a sausage... :(

    Prawn ---> Shrimp
    Goog ---> Egg
    Snag ---> Sausage
    Sanger --> Hamburger
    Rissole -> Sandwich
    Capsicum -> Pepper

    Ooohh SO close Yoshi....
    A "Sanger" is a sandwich,
    and a "Rissole" is a hamburger.
    (but it is small and we eat it without bread)
    All your other answers were right!
